Comparison review
Xiaomi Black Shark 3 is much better than the Galaxy XCover 5, with an 86.6 score against 78.1. Both phones we are comparing here include Android operating system, but Xiaomi Black Shark 3 has the older 10 version and Galaxy XCover 5 has Android 11 version. Despite being the best device in this comparison, we must highlight that it is also older, much heavier and thicker.
Xiaomi Black Shark 3 has just a bit better looking screen than Galaxy XCover 5, because it has a higher pixels amount per inch in the screen, a larger display and a lot better resolution of 1080 x 2400 pixels. The Galaxy XCover 5 features a superior memory to install games and applications than Xiaomi Black Shark 3, because although it has just 64 GB internal storage capacity, it also counts with a SD memory slot that supports up to 1 TB.
The Xiaomi Black Shark 3 features a bit superior processor than Galaxy XCover 5, and although they both have 8 processing cores, the Xiaomi Black Shark 3 also has a larger amount of RAM. The Xiaomi Black Shark 3 shoots much better videos and photos than Samsung Galaxy XCover 5, and although they both have a F1.8 camera aperture, the Xiaomi Black Shark 3 also has a back camera with a way better resolution and a way better 3840x2160 (4K) video quality.
The Xiaomi Black Shark 3 features a way better battery duration than Galaxy XCover 5, because it has 4720mAh of battery capacity instead of 3000mAh.
