Comparison review
The LG G8 ThinQ is slightly better than the Samsung Galaxy XCover 6 Pro, getting an 84.3 score against 77.6. Despite of the fact that LG G8 ThinQ is older than the Samsung Galaxy XCover 6 Pro, it's design is somewhat thinner and extremely lighter. These phones work with Android OS, but LG G8 ThinQ has newer 9.0 Pie version while Samsung Galaxy XCover 6 Pro has Android 12 version, providing lots of additional features and increased performance.
LG G8 ThinQ has a way better processing power than Galaxy XCover 6 Pro. Both have the same RAM amount and a Octa-Core CPU. The LG G8 ThinQ features a much sharper screen than Galaxy XCover 6 Pro, because although it has a little bit smaller display, it also counts with a higher pixel density and a higher 1440 x 3120 resolution.
The LG G8 ThinQ captures a bit better videos and photos than Samsung Galaxy XCover 6 Pro, because although it has a much less mega-pixels back camera, it also counts with a way larger sensor which provides a way higher image and video quality and a bigger camera aperture to take better low-light photos.
The LG G8 ThinQ features a bigger storage to install applications and games or saving photos and videos than Samsung Galaxy XCover 6 Pro, and although they both have the same 128 GB internal storage capacity, the LG G8 ThinQ also has an external memory card slot that admits up to 1,95 TB. The Galaxy XCover 6 Pro features improved battery life than LG G8 ThinQ, because it has 4050mAh of battery capacity instead of 3500mAh.
