Galaxy XCover 6 Pro has a general score of 77.6, which is just a bit better than Motorola Edge 40's 77.2 score. Galaxy XCover 6 Pro is an older, much heavier and noticeably thicker device than the Motorola Edge 40. Both of these phones include Android OS (Operating System), but the Galaxy XCover 6 Pro has an older 12 version while Motorola Edge 40 has Android 13 version.
The Motorola Edge 40 has just a bit better hardware performance than Samsung Galaxy XCover 6 Pro, and although they both have a Octa-Core CPU, the Motorola Edge 40 also has more RAM. Motorola Edge 40 features a sharper display than Galaxy XCover 6 Pro, because although it has a little smaller display, and they both have the same exact 1080 x 2400px resolution, the Motorola Edge 40 also counts with a little better count of pixels per inch of display.
The Motorola Edge 40 captures way better videos and photos than Galaxy XCover 6 Pro, and although they both have a camera with a 50 MP resolution, the Motorola Edge 40 also has a much bigger back-facing camera sensor shooting way higher quality photos and a much larger aperture for better captures in poorly lited situations.
Samsung Galaxy XCover 6 Pro features a very superior storage to install games and applications than Motorola Edge 40, and although they both have exactly the same internal memory, the Samsung Galaxy XCover 6 Pro also has a slot for an external memory card that supports a maximum of 1 TB. Motorola Edge 40 counts with a bit better battery lifetime than Samsung Galaxy XCover 6 Pro, because it has a 4400mAh battery capacity instead of 4050mAh.
