Xiaomi Mi 8 Lite has a global score of 77.7, which is a little bit better than the Samsung Galaxy XCover 6 Pro's 77.6 global score. These phones use Android OS, but Xiaomi Mi 8 Lite has a more recent 8.1 Oreo version while Samsung Galaxy XCover 6 Pro has Android 12 version. Xiaomi Mi 8 Lite's body is notably thinner and incredibly lighter than Samsung Galaxy XCover 6 Pro.

Xiaomi Mi 8 Lite features a very superior processing unit than Samsung Galaxy XCover 6 Pro. Both of them have 6 GB of RAM and the same number of cores. The Xiaomi Mi 8 Lite features a little bit better camera than Galaxy XCover 6 Pro, because although it has a much worse 12 mega-pixels resolution back-facing camera and a smaller diafragm aperture which is not favorable for low-light images and videos, it also counts with a lot bigger back-facing camera sensor which gives a way better image and video quality.
