Huawei P40 Pro has a general score of 88.2, which is much better than Samsung Galaxy XCover FieldPro's 80.1 score. These phones include Android operating system, but Huawei P40 Pro has the previous 10 version while Samsung Galaxy XCover FieldPro has Android 8.0 Oreo. Huawei P40 Pro's design is a lot thinner and lighter than Samsung Galaxy XCover FieldPro, even though they were released with only 0 months difference.
Huawei P40 Pro counts with a bit superior CPU than Samsung Galaxy XCover FieldPro, and although they both have 8 processing cores, the Huawei P40 Pro also has a larger amount of RAM. The Galaxy XCover FieldPro has a little sharper screen than Huawei P40 Pro, because although it has a really smaller screen, it also counts with a little bit higher 1440 x 2560 resolution and a higher display density.
Huawei P40 Pro takes a lot better videos and photos than Galaxy XCover FieldPro, because although it has a way smaller diafragm aperture which is not nice for low-light images, it also counts with a much higher (4K) video quality, a back facing camera with a much better 50 mega pixels resolution and a lot bigger sensor which gives a way higher image and video quality.

The Samsung Galaxy XCover FieldPro has just a bit better battery lifetime than Huawei P40 Pro, because it has a 7% bigger battery capacity.
