Galaxy XCover FieldPro is a bit better than Motorola Edge 40 Neo, with an 80.1 score against 77. These devices come with Android operating system, but Galaxy XCover FieldPro has the newer 8.0 Oreo version and Motorola Edge 40 Neo has Android 13, so it provides lots of additional features. Even though the Galaxy XCover FieldPro is better than Motorola Edge 40 Neo, it must be noted that it's also noticeably older, thicker and incredibly heavier.
Motorola Edge 40 Neo features a bit sharper display than Samsung Galaxy XCover FieldPro, because although it has a bit lower 1080 x 2400 pixels resolution and a way lower pixel density, it also counts with a bigger display. The Galaxy XCover FieldPro features more memory for games and applications than Motorola Edge 40 Neo, because although it has only 64 GB internal memory capacity, it also counts with a SD extension slot that admits up to 512 GB.
The Galaxy XCover FieldPro features a lot better performance than Motorola Edge 40 Neo, although it has less RAM memory, they both have the same number of cores. The Motorola Edge 40 Neo shoots much better videos and photos than Galaxy XCover FieldPro, because although it has a tinier diafragm aperture which is worse for low-light photos, it also counts with a much higher 3840x2160 (4K) video definition, a way larger camera sensor capturing more light and vivid colors and a back camera with lot more megapixels.
Motorola Edge 40 Neo counts with a little longer battery duration than Samsung Galaxy XCover FieldPro, because it has 5000mAh of battery capacity instead of 4500mAh.
