Samsung Galaxy A42 has a score of 87, which is slightly better than the Samsung Galaxy XCover FieldPro's 80.1 score. Although the Samsung Galaxy A42 and the Samsung Galaxy XCover FieldPro were released with only a couple of months difference, the Samsung Galaxy A42 is notably thinner and much lighter. Both phones in this comparison have Android OS (operating system), but Samsung Galaxy A42 has 11 version while Samsung Galaxy XCover FieldPro has Android 8.0 Oreo.
Samsung Galaxy XCover FieldPro features a way better looking display than Galaxy A42, because although it has a lot smaller display, it also counts with a lot higher resolution of 1440 x 2560px and a lot better quantity of pixels per inch in the screen.
