Galaxy S25 Ultra is much better than the Galaxy XCover FieldPro, with a global score of 90.7 against 80.1. These devices work with Android operating system, but the Galaxy S25 Ultra has the older 14 version and Galaxy XCover FieldPro has Android 8.0 Oreo. The Galaxy S25 Ultra is a a lot lighter and incredibly thinner phone than Galaxy XCover FieldPro.

Galaxy XCover FieldPro features an extremely better processor than Galaxy S25 Ultra, although it has a smaller amount of RAM memory, they both have a Octa-Core processing unit.

The Samsung Galaxy S25 Ultra features a little better battery life than Galaxy XCover FieldPro, because it has an 11% bigger battery capacity.
Samsung Galaxy S25 Ultra captures way better photographs and videos than Galaxy XCover FieldPro, because although it has a tinier diafragm aperture which is not so good for taking photographs and/or video in low light environments, it also counts with a way better resolution camera, a way higher 7680x4320 video definition and a lot larger camera sensor capturing much higher quality photographs and videos.
