Galaxy S8 is just a bit better than Galaxy XCover FieldPro, getting an 81.7 score against 80.1. Galaxy S8 is an noticeably older cellphone than the Galaxy XCover FieldPro, but Samsung was able to build it noticeably lighter and much thinner anyway. The Galaxy XCover FieldPro features a bit more powerful processing unit than Galaxy S8. They have the same number of cores and the same RAM memory amount.
The Samsung Galaxy S8 and Galaxy XCover FieldPro have similar displays, because although the Samsung Galaxy S8 has a little less pixels per inch of display, it also counts with a quite better resolution of 1440 x 2960px and a little larger display. The Galaxy S8 counts with a greater camera than Samsung Galaxy XCover FieldPro, because although it has a tinier camera aperture, and they both have the same sensor size and the same resolution camera, the Galaxy S8 also counts with a way higher 3840x2160 video definition.
The Galaxy XCover FieldPro features a bit more storage for games and applications than Samsung Galaxy S8, and although they both have equal 64 GB internal storage capacity, the Galaxy XCover FieldPro also has a SD extension slot that supports up to 512 GB. Galaxy XCover FieldPro features a superior battery lifetime than Galaxy S8, because it has a 50 percent bigger battery size.
Despite of being the best phone between the ones we are comparing, Samsung Galaxy S8 is also a lot cheaper.
