The Samsung Galaxy XCover FieldPro has an overall score of 80.1, which is slightly better than Xperia Z4v's 78.8 score. Although Samsung Galaxy XCover FieldPro is extremely newer than the Xperia Z4v, it is a lot heavier and way thicker. Both devices we compare here have Android operating system, but the Samsung Galaxy XCover FieldPro has a newer 8.0 Oreo version and Xperia Z4v has Android 5.1, providing the user some extra features.
The Xperia Z4v has a CPU that's just as good as the Samsung Galaxy XCover FieldPro one, because although the Xperia Z4v has a lower amount of RAM, and they both have a Octa-Core processor, it also counts with an additional graphics processor. Xperia Z4v has a little sharper display than Samsung Galaxy XCover FieldPro, because although it has a just a little inferior pixels number per inch in the display, and they both have exactly the same resolution of 2560 x 1440px, the Xperia Z4v also counts with a quite bigger screen.
The Samsung Galaxy XCover FieldPro has a much better storage for applications, games, photos and videos than Sony Xperia Z4v, because it has a SD extension slot that admits a maximum of 512 GB and 64 GB internal storage capacity. The Galaxy XCover FieldPro features a very superior battery duration than Sony Xperia Z4v, because it has a 4500mAh battery capacity instead of 3000mAh.
Sony Xperia Z4v takes a lot better pictures and videos than Galaxy XCover FieldPro, because although it has a way smaller camera aperture which is not nice for low light photography and video, it also counts with a larger back camera sensor which gives a better photo and video quality, a back facing camera with a way higher 20.7 mega-pixels resolution and a lot higher (4K) video definition.
Although Galaxy XCover FieldPro is a better device, it costs a lot more money than Xperia Z4v, and it doesn't have such a good price and quality relation as the Xperia Z4v. So if you need that extra specs and features, you can buy the Galaxy XCover FieldPro, otherwise you can save a couple dollars and buy the Xperia Z4v, giving up a couple specs and features.
