The Xiaomi Black Shark has an overall score of 80.4, which is a bit better than the Galaxy XCover FieldPro's score of 80.1. The Xiaomi Black Shark construction is notably thinner and a lot lighter than Galaxy XCover FieldPro, although it was released 2 years before. Both devices in this review work with Android OS, but the Xiaomi Black Shark has newer 9.0 Pie version and Galaxy XCover FieldPro has Android 8.0 Oreo version.
Xiaomi Black Shark features a bit better hardware performance than Galaxy XCover FieldPro, and although they both have the same number of cores, the Xiaomi Black Shark also has a larger amount of RAM. The Galaxy XCover FieldPro counts with a bit better display than Xiaomi Black Shark, because although it has a little smaller display, it also counts with a better resolution of 1440 x 2560 and a better display pixels density.
The Galaxy XCover FieldPro has a better storage capacity to install applications and games than Xiaomi Black Shark, because although it has less internal memory capacity, it also counts with an external SD slot that holds a maximum of 512 GB. Galaxy XCover FieldPro counts with just a little bit longer battery life than Xiaomi Black Shark, because it has 4500mAh of battery capacity.
Xiaomi Black Shark takes way better videos and photos than Galaxy XCover FieldPro, because although it has a tinier aperture which is not nice for low-light photography and a tinier back-facing camera sensor taking less light and duller colors, and they both have a same resolution back-facing camera, the Xiaomi Black Shark also counts with a lot better 3840x2160 video resolution.
