The Xiaomi Black Shark 3 Pro is better than the Galaxy XCover FieldPro, with a 90.1 score against 80.1. Xiaomi Black Shark 3 Pro's design is thinner and somewhat lighter than Galaxy XCover FieldPro, although they were only released with a few months difference. Both phones in this review include Android OS, but Xiaomi Black Shark 3 Pro has an older 10 version and Galaxy XCover FieldPro has Android 8.0 Oreo version.
The Xiaomi Black Shark 3 Pro counts with a little bit better hardware performance than Galaxy XCover FieldPro, and although they both have a Octa-Core processor, the Xiaomi Black Shark 3 Pro also has more RAM.
