Comparison review

The Samsung Galaxy XCover Pro has a score of 81, which is just a bit better than the HTC One M9's 77.7 score. These devices have Android OS, but Samsung Galaxy XCover Pro has a more recent 11 version while HTC One M9 has Android 5.0 version. Although Samsung Galaxy XCover Pro is a lot newer than HTC One M9, it is heavier and just a bit thicker.

HTC One M9 counts with a bit more powerful processing unit than Galaxy XCover Pro, because although it has a smaller amount of RAM, and they both have 8 CPU cores, the HTC One M9 also counts with an extra graphics processor and a 64-bits processor. HTC One M9 features a more vivid display than Samsung Galaxy XCover Pro, because although it has a quite lower 1920 x 1080 resolution and a lot smaller screen, it also counts with a quite higher pixel density.

HTC One M9 counts with just a bit better camera than Samsung Galaxy XCover Pro, because although it has a much smaller diafragm aperture which is not so good for capturing images and video in low light situations and a less MP resolution camera in the back, it also counts with a much better video quality and a way larger sensor providing a way better image quality.

Galaxy XCover Pro features much more memory to store more apps and games than HTC One M9, because it has a slot for an SD memory card that allows up to 512 GB and 64 GB internal memory. The Samsung Galaxy XCover Pro counts with a much better battery performance than HTC One M9, because it has a 43 percent greater battery capacity.

Although Galaxy XCover Pro is a better device, it costs a lot more money than HTC One M9, and it doesn't have such a good relation between it's price and quality as the HTC One M9. If you prefer to save some money, you can get the HTC One M9, letting go a couple features, but you will get the most with your budget.
