Galaxy XCover Pro has an overall score of 81, which is slightly better than Huawei Mate 10 Pro's overall score of 79.2. Even though the Galaxy XCover Pro is a lot newer than Huawei Mate 10 Pro, it is extremely thicker and heavier. The Huawei Mate 10 Pro and Samsung Galaxy XCover Pro count with very similar displays, although the Huawei Mate 10 Pro has a little bit smaller screen, a little worse 1080 x 2160px resolution and a little bit worse screen pixel density.
Huawei Mate 10 Pro counts with a little faster processing unit than Galaxy XCover Pro, and although they both have a Octa-Core processor, the Huawei Mate 10 Pro also has 2 GB more RAM. Galaxy XCover Pro shoots slightly better videos and photos than Huawei Mate 10 Pro, because although it has a smaller aperture which is worse for low light photos and videos and a much smaller sensor taking less light and duller colors, and they both have the same 30 frames per second video frame rate and the same 1920x1080 (Full HD) video definition, the Galaxy XCover Pro also counts with a much higher resolution back camera.
The Galaxy XCover Pro features a quite bigger storage for games and applications than Huawei Mate 10 Pro, because although it has only 64 GB internal memory capacity, it also counts with a slot for external memory cards that holds a maximum of 512 GB. The Galaxy XCover Pro has a bit better battery life than Huawei Mate 10 Pro, because it has a 4050mAh battery capacity against 4000mAh.
