The Galaxy XCover Pro has an overall score of 81, which is just a bit better than Huawei Mate 9 Pro's 78.7 global score. Both of these phones use Android OS (operating system), but Galaxy XCover Pro has an older 11 version and Huawei Mate 9 Pro has Android 8.0 Oreo. Even though the Galaxy XCover Pro is much newer than the Huawei Mate 9 Pro, it's extremely heavier and much thicker.

Huawei Mate 9 Pro counts with a bit better performance than Galaxy XCover Pro, and although they both have a Octa-Core CPU, the Huawei Mate 9 Pro also has a higher amount of RAM memory. The Huawei Mate 9 Pro counts with a little bit better looking display than Galaxy XCover Pro, because although it has a quite smaller screen, it also counts with a better 1440 x 2560 pixels resolution and a better screen pixels density.

Samsung Galaxy XCover Pro has a bigger storage to store more apps and games than Huawei Mate 9 Pro, because although it has only 64 GB internal storage, it also counts with a slot for SD memory cards that admits up to 512 GB. The Galaxy XCover Pro has just a little bit longer battery performance than Huawei Mate 9 Pro, because it has 4050mAh of battery capacity against 4000mAh.

Galaxy XCover Pro captures slightly better pictures and videos than Huawei Mate 9 Pro, because although it has a much smaller camera sensor giving a way worse image quality, and they both have the same 30 frames per second video frame rates and the same video resolution, the Galaxy XCover Pro also counts with a much bigger aperture and a lot higher 25 mega pixels resolution back camera.

In addition to being the best phone of the ones we are comparing here, Samsung Galaxy XCover Pro is also by far the cheapest.
