Moto G Power (2021) captures much clearer videos and photos than Galaxy XCover Pro, and although they both have the same (Full HD) video definition and a same size aperture, the Moto G Power (2021) also has a lot bigger back-facing camera sensor providing a lot higher image quality, a camera with much more megapixels and faster 60 fps video frame rate.
