Samsung Galaxy XCover Pro is a bit better than the Samsung Galaxy J8, getting an 81 score against 76.7. Both phones we compare here come with Android OS (Operating System), but the Samsung Galaxy XCover Pro has the newer 11 version while Samsung Galaxy J8 has Android 10, so it counts with lots of additional features. Samsung Galaxy XCover Pro is a newer cellphone than the Samsung Galaxy J8, although it's heavier and somewhat thicker.
Galaxy XCover Pro counts with a much better screen than Galaxy J8, because it has a greater number of pixels per inch in the display, a bit bigger screen and a much better 1080 x 2340 pixels resolution. Galaxy XCover Pro features a bit more storage for applications, games, photos and videos than Galaxy J8, and although they both have the same internal storage capacity, the Galaxy XCover Pro also has an external memory card slot that allows up to 512 GB.
