Comparison review

Galaxy XCover Pro is a little bit better than Samsung Galaxy XCover FieldPro, getting a score of 81 against 80.1. Although Galaxy XCover Pro and the Samsung Galaxy XCover FieldPro were only released with a couple months difference, Galaxy XCover Pro is lighter and extremely thinner. Both phones in this comparison work with Android OS, but the Galaxy XCover Pro has the previous 11 version and Samsung Galaxy XCover FieldPro has Android 8.0 Oreo.

Galaxy XCover FieldPro features just a little better processing power than Samsung Galaxy XCover Pro. Both have the same number of cores and 4 GB of RAM. The Galaxy XCover FieldPro features a bit sharper screen than Samsung Galaxy XCover Pro, because although it has a quite smaller screen, it also counts with a better resolution of 1440 x 2560 pixels and more pixels per inch in the screen.

The Galaxy XCover FieldPro has as much memory for applications and games as the Samsung Galaxy XCover Pro one, both of them have a slot for an SD memory card that supports a maximum of 512 GB and exactly the same 64 GB internal memory capacity. The Galaxy XCover FieldPro features just a bit longer battery performance than Samsung Galaxy XCover Pro, because it has an 11% larger battery size.

The Samsung Galaxy XCover Pro features a way better camera than Galaxy XCover FieldPro, because although it has a much tinier sensor offering a lot worse image quality and a tinier camera aperture which is not good for low light photos and videos, and they both have the same video definition and the same video frame rate, the Samsung Galaxy XCover Pro also counts with a back facing camera with a much higher resolution.

In addition to being the best phone in this comparison, Galaxy XCover Pro is also by far the cheapest, which makes it very easy to pick between these phones.
