Comparison review
The Galaxy XCover Pro has a general score of 81, which is a little bit better than Xiaomi Redmi Note 9's 76.6 score. Both phones in our current comparison have Android OS (Operating System), but Galaxy XCover Pro has a more recent 11 version and Xiaomi Redmi Note 9 has Android 10 version. Despite being the best cellphone in this comparison review, Galaxy XCover Pro is a thicker and just a bit heavier cellphone than Xiaomi Redmi Note 9.
The Galaxy XCover Pro has just a bit better display than Xiaomi Redmi Note 9, because although it has a bit smaller display, and they both have exactly the same resolution of 1080 x 2340, the Galaxy XCover Pro also counts with a little greater display pixel density. Samsung Galaxy XCover Pro has a quite bigger storage capacity for games and applications than Xiaomi Redmi Note 9, and although they both have equal internal memory capacity, the Samsung Galaxy XCover Pro also has a slot for an SD memory card that holds a maximum of 512 GB.
Galaxy XCover Pro features a bit more powerful processing unit than Xiaomi Redmi Note 9, and although they both have 8 processing cores, the Galaxy XCover Pro also has more RAM memory. Xiaomi Redmi Note 9 has a better camera than Galaxy XCover Pro, because although it has a tinier aperture, and they both have the same video frame rates and the same 1920x1080 (Full HD) video resolution, the Xiaomi Redmi Note 9 also counts with a back camera with lot more mega pixels and a much bigger sensor capturing more light and vivid colors.
Xiaomi Redmi Note 9 features superior battery lifetime than Galaxy XCover Pro, because it has 5020mAh of battery capacity.
Although Samsung Galaxy XCover Pro is a better device, it is way more expensive than the Xiaomi Redmi Note 9, and it doesn't have such a good quality/price relation as the Xiaomi Redmi Note 9. So if you need that extra features, you can buy the Samsung Galaxy XCover Pro, otherwise you can save a couple dollars and buy the Xiaomi Redmi Note 9, giving up a couple specs and features.
