Samsung Galaxy Z Flip 3 is better than the Asus ZenFone 6 (2019), with an 85.6 score against 77.8. These phones come with the same Android 11 OS (Operating System), so both should offer identical OS features. Samsung Galaxy Z Flip 3 is a a lot newer device, and it is also just a little bit lighter and thinner than the Asus ZenFone 6 (2019).
