Comparison review
Samsung Galaxy Z Flip 3 is much better than the Huawei Mate 20 lite, with a global score of 85.6 against 76.2. Both phones in our current comparison have Android OS (Operating System), but the Samsung Galaxy Z Flip 3 has an older 11 version while Huawei Mate 20 lite has Android 8.1 Oreo version. The Samsung Galaxy Z Flip 3 construction is notably newer and just a little thinner, but a bit heavier than Huawei Mate 20 lite.
Samsung Galaxy Z Flip 3 features a little better hardware performance than Huawei Mate 20 lite, and although they both have a Octa-Core processing unit, the Samsung Galaxy Z Flip 3 also has more RAM memory. Galaxy Z Flip 3 has a bit better looking screen than Huawei Mate 20 lite, because it has a little bit higher 1080 x 2636 pixels resolution, a just a little greater pixels number per screen inch and a little bigger display.
The Huawei Mate 20 lite counts with more storage capacity to install games and applications than Galaxy Z Flip 3, because although it has only 64 GB internal memory, it also counts with a slot for an SD memory card that holds up to 512 GB. Huawei Mate 20 lite has just a bit longer battery performance than Samsung Galaxy Z Flip 3, because it has 3750mAh of battery capacity.
The Huawei Mate 20 lite shoots way better photographs and videos than Galaxy Z Flip 3, and although they both have a same size aperture, the Huawei Mate 20 lite also has a lot higher 20 MP resolution camera.
