Samsung Galaxy Z Flip 3 is slightly better than Huawei Mate 30, with a general score of 85.6 against 84. Both devices in this comparison use Android OS, but the Samsung Galaxy Z Flip 3 has the newer 11 version and Huawei Mate 30 has Android 10 version, giving you a couple nice extra features.
