The Galaxy Z Flip 3 is slightly better than the LG G8 ThinQ, getting a score of 85.6 against 84.3. The Galaxy Z Flip 3 body is incredibly newer and thinner, but just a bit heavier than LG G8 ThinQ. These phones have Android operating system, but Galaxy Z Flip 3 has 11 version while LG G8 ThinQ has Android 9.0 Pie.
The Samsung Galaxy Z Flip 3 and the LG G8 ThinQ both feature incredibly similar processors, and although the LG G8 ThinQ has 2 GB less RAM, they both have 8 CPU cores. The LG G8 ThinQ has a brighter display than Galaxy Z Flip 3, because although it has a little smaller display, it also counts with a higher pixel amount in each inch of display and a better 1440 x 3120 pixels resolution.
LG G8 ThinQ features a very superior storage capacity for games and applications than Samsung Galaxy Z Flip 3, and although they both have exactly the same internal memory capacity, the LG G8 ThinQ also has a SD card slot that admits a maximum of 1,95 TB. LG G8 ThinQ features a way better camera than Samsung Galaxy Z Flip 3, and although they both have a same resolution back-facing camera, the LG G8 ThinQ also has a larger aperture.
LG G8 ThinQ features a bit longer battery performance than Galaxy Z Flip 3, because it has a 3500mAh battery size.
Although Samsung Galaxy Z Flip 3 is a better device, it costs a lot more than the LG G8 ThinQ, and it doesn't have such a good relation between it's price and quality as the LG G8 ThinQ. So if you want that extra specs, you can buy Samsung Galaxy Z Flip 3, but if you don't you can save some dollars and get the LG G8 ThinQ, giving up a couple specifications.
