The Motorola edge is just a bit better than Samsung Galaxy Z Flip 3, with an 89.6 score against 85.6. Although it's the best phone we are comparing here, it must be noted that it's also older, way thicker and just a bit heavier. Both devices in this comparison review come with Android operating system, but the Motorola edge has 10 version while Samsung Galaxy Z Flip 3 has Android 11.
Galaxy Z Flip 3 counts with a little bit better looking display than Motorola edge, and although they both have a same size screen, the Galaxy Z Flip 3 also has a slightly higher resolution of 1080 x 2636px and a just a bit better pixel density. Motorola edge counts with a much greater storage to install applications and games than Samsung Galaxy Z Flip 3, because it has more internal storage capacity and a slot for SD memory cards that supports a maximum of 1000 GB.
Samsung Galaxy Z Flip 3 features a little faster processing unit than Motorola edge, and although they both have 8 cpu cores, the Samsung Galaxy Z Flip 3 also has 2 GB more RAM. Motorola edge takes way better videos and photos than Galaxy Z Flip 3, and although they both have a F1.8 diafragm aperture, the Motorola edge also has a much higher 64 MP resolution back facing camera.
The Motorola edge has longer battery lifetime than Samsung Galaxy Z Flip 3, because it has a 36% larger battery size.
Despite of being the best phone in this comparison, Motorola edge is also by far the cheapest one.
