Galaxy Z Flip 3 has a general score of 85.6, which is a bit better than the Nokia XR20's general score of 80.8. The Galaxy Z Flip 3 is a much lighter and way thinner cellphone than Nokia XR20, although they were released with only 0 months difference. Both devices in our current comparison come with the same Android 11 OS (operating system), so you shouldn't perceive any difference in that aspect.
The Nokia XR20 has a little more vivid display than Galaxy Z Flip 3, although it has a just a bit worse screen density and a little bit worse resolution of 1080 x 2400 pixels, they both have a screen with the same size. So if you want that extra features and specs, you can buy the Galaxy Z Flip 3, but if you don't you can save a couple dollars and get the Nokia XR20, letting go some specs and features.
