Samsung Galaxy Z Flip 3 is a little bit better than the Galaxy Note 3, getting an 85.6 score against 81.2. Both phones in this comparison come with Android OS, but the Samsung Galaxy Z Flip 3 has the newer 11 version while Galaxy Note 3 has Android 5.0. Even though Samsung Galaxy Z Flip 3 is a bit heavier than the Galaxy Note 3, it's somewhat thinner and also much newer.
The Galaxy Note 3 counts with just a bit better looking screen than Galaxy Z Flip 3, although it has a little worse resolution of 1920 x 1080, a quite smaller display and a just a bit less pixels per inch of screen. The Samsung Galaxy Z Flip 3 features slightly more memory for games and applications than Samsung Galaxy Note 3, because although it has no SD memory slot, it also counts with 128 GB internal storage.

The Galaxy Z Flip 3 counts with a little longer battery lifetime than Galaxy Note 3, because it has 3300mAh of battery capacity.
Although Samsung Galaxy Z Flip 3 is a better device, it is way more expensive than the Galaxy Note 3, and it doesn't have such a good quality/price relation as the Galaxy Note 3. If you want to save a few dollars, you can buy Galaxy Note 3, giving up a few features and specifications, but you will get the most with your budget.
