The Samsung Galaxy Z Flip 5G has a global score of 92.3, which is better than LG G7 ThinQ's 81 overall score. Although Samsung Galaxy Z Flip 5G is somewhat heavier than the LG G7 ThinQ, it's just a bit thinner and also much newer. Both phones in our current comparison come with Android OS (Operating System), but Samsung Galaxy Z Flip 5G has an older 11 version while LG G7 ThinQ has Android 9.0 Pie version.
Galaxy Z Flip 5G features a little better performance than LG G7 ThinQ, and although they both have 8 CPU cores, the Galaxy Z Flip 5G also has a greater amount of RAM. LG G7 ThinQ features a much better looking screen than Galaxy Z Flip 5G, because although it has a little smaller screen, it also counts with more pixels per inch in the display and a better 1440 x 3120 pixels resolution.
LG G7 ThinQ features a little bit better camera than Galaxy Z Flip 5G, because although it has a smaller back camera sensor, and they both have the same video frame rate and the same (4K) video resolution, the LG G7 ThinQ also counts with a larger camera aperture and a way better 16 MP resolution back-facing camera.
The LG G7 ThinQ features a bigger memory for apps and games than Galaxy Z Flip 5G, because although it has 0 less internal memory, it also counts with a SD memory slot that supports a maximum of 1,95 TB. Samsung Galaxy Z Flip 5G counts with a bit better battery life than LG G7 ThinQ, because it has 3300mAh of battery capacity.
Although Samsung Galaxy Z Flip 5G is a better device, it is way more expensive than the LG G7 ThinQ, and it doesn't have such a good relation between it's price and quality as LG G7 ThinQ. So if you need that extra specs and features, you can buy Samsung Galaxy Z Flip 5G, else you can save some dollars and get the LG G7 ThinQ, giving up a couple features and specifications.
