Galaxy Z Flip 5G is better than the Moto G31, having a 92.3 score against 77. The Galaxy Z Flip 5G is an older and a little heavier phone than the Moto G31, but Samsung was able to make it somewhat thinner anyway. Both devices in our current comparison use the same Android 11 OS (operating system), so both should count with very similar operating system features.
The Galaxy Z Flip 5G features a bit superior CPU than Moto G31, and although they both have the same number of cores, the Galaxy Z Flip 5G also has more RAM memory. The Galaxy Z Flip 5G has a little bit better looking display than Moto G31, because it has a just a bit greater screen density, a slightly higher 1080 x 2636 resolution and a quite bigger display.
The Motorola Moto G31 has just a bit better camera than Samsung Galaxy Z Flip 5G, because although it has worse 30 frames per second video frame rates, and they both have the same diafragm aperture and the same (Full HD) video resolution, the Motorola Moto G31 also counts with a much higher resolution back-facing camera.
The Samsung Galaxy Z Flip 5G counts with slightly more memory capacity for games and applications than Motorola Moto G31, because although it has no slot for external memory cards, it also counts with 256 GB internal storage.
