Comparison review
Samsung Galaxy S22 is a bit better than the Galaxy Z Flip 5G, having a 93.4 score against 92.3. Although the Samsung Galaxy S22 is a bit thicker than the Galaxy Z Flip 5G, it's just a little bit lighter and newer. These devices use Android OS, but the Samsung Galaxy S22 has the newer 13 version and Galaxy Z Flip 5G has Android 11 version, providing you lots of additional features.
The Galaxy S22 has a brighter screen than Galaxy Z Flip 5G, although it has a quite smaller screen, a little lower screen pixel density and a bit worse resolution of 1080 x 2340px. The Samsung Galaxy Z Flip 5G has just a bit better hardware performance than Samsung Galaxy S22. They have 8 GB of RAM and 8 processing cores.
Galaxy S22 shoots much better videos and photos than Galaxy Z Flip 5G, and although they both have the same aperture, the Galaxy S22 also has a lot larger back camera sensor providing a much better image quality, a camera in the back with a way higher resolution and a much higher 7680x4320 video quality.
Galaxy Z Flip 5G features much more storage to install games and applications than Galaxy S22, because it has 128 GB more internal storage capacity. The Galaxy S22 features just a bit better battery duration than Galaxy Z Flip 5G, because it has a 3700mAh battery size.
Although Galaxy S22 is a better device, it costs more than Samsung Galaxy Z Flip 5G, and it doesn't have such a good relation between it's price and quality as the Samsung Galaxy Z Flip 5G. So if you need that extra features, you can buy the Galaxy S22, but if you don't you can save some dollars and get the Samsung Galaxy Z Flip 5G, letting go some specifications.
