The Samsung Galaxy Z Flip 5G is a bit better than the Samsung Galaxy S6, with a 92.3 score against 87.4. Both of these devices have Android OS (operating system), but the Samsung Galaxy Z Flip 5G has the newer 11 version while Samsung Galaxy S6 has Android 5.0 version. Although the Samsung Galaxy Z Flip 5G is a lot newer than the Samsung Galaxy S6, it's noticeably heavier and a little thicker.
Galaxy S6 features a better looking display than Samsung Galaxy Z Flip 5G, because although it has a really smaller display, it also counts with a slightly better resolution of 2560 x 1440 and a better number of pixels per inch in the screen. Samsung Galaxy S6 features a little bit better hardware performance than Galaxy Z Flip 5G, because although it has 5 GB less RAM memory, and they both have the same number of cores, the Samsung Galaxy S6 also counts with an additional GPU and a 64-bit processing unit.

So if you need that extra features and specs, you can buy the Samsung Galaxy Z Flip 5G, but if you don't you can save some dollars and buy the Samsung Galaxy S6, letting go a couple features and specs.
