Comparison review
Galaxy Z Flip 5G has a global score of 92.3, which is just a bit better than Galaxy Z Fold 3's score of 90.6. Although the Galaxy Z Flip 5G is older and somewhat thicker than Galaxy Z Fold 3, it's construction is still a lot lighter. Both of these phones have the same Android 11 OS (operating system), so you shouldn't perceive any differences regarding that.
The Samsung Galaxy Z Flip 5G counts with a little faster CPU than Galaxy Z Fold 3, although it has less RAM, they both have 8 cores. The Samsung Galaxy Z Flip 5G features a little more vivid display than Galaxy Z Fold 3, because although it has a bit lower resolution of 1080 x 2636 pixels and a quite smaller display, it also counts with a bit more pixels per inch of display.
