The Samsung Galaxy Z Flip has an overall score of 88.5, which is a little bit better than iPhone 6s Plus's global score of 84.2. Samsung Galaxy Z Flip has Android 12 OS, and iPhone 6s Plus has iOS 9.x OS. Samsung Galaxy Z Flip's construction is a lot newer, a little bit thinner and just a little lighter than iPhone 6s Plus.
The iPhone 6s Plus has a brighter screen than Galaxy Z Flip, although it has a little smaller display, a bit lower 1920 x 1080px resolution and a little less pixels per inch in the display. The Apple iPhone 6s Plus features just a bit better performance than Samsung Galaxy Z Flip, because although it has a lower amount of RAM and less and slower processing cores, it also counts with a graphics processing unit and a 64-bit processing unit.

Although Galaxy Z Flip is a better device, it is way more expensive than the iPhone 6s Plus, and it doesn't have such a good quality/price relation as the iPhone 6s Plus. If you are trying to save some dollars, you can buy the iPhone 6s Plus, and give up a few specs and features, but you will get the most with your money.
