Galaxy Z Flip has a score of 88.5, which is slightly better than iPhone 8 Plus's overall score of 87.1. Galaxy Z Flip's construction is incredibly newer, just a little thinner and just a little lighter than iPhone 8 Plus. Apple iPhone 8 Plus features just a bit better looking screen than Galaxy Z Flip, although it has a bit worse resolution of 1080 x 1920 pixels, a little bit smaller display and a little bit less pixels per inch of display.
The Apple iPhone 8 Plus features a bit faster CPU than Galaxy Z Flip, because although it has lesser RAM memory and 2 less and slower cpu cores, it also counts with a 64-bits processing unit. Samsung Galaxy Z Flip features a little bit better camera than Apple iPhone 8 Plus, and although they both have a F1.8 camera aperture, the same resolution back facing camera, the same (4K) video quality and the same video frame rate, the Samsung Galaxy Z Flip also has a larger back-facing camera sensor shooting higher quality pictures.
IPhone 8 Plus features as much memory to store more games and applications as the Galaxy Z Flip one, both of them have exactly the same 256 GB internal storage. The Galaxy Z Flip counts with longer battery performance than iPhone 8 Plus, because it has a 3300mAh battery capacity.
Although Galaxy Z Flip is a better device, it costs a lot more than Apple iPhone 8 Plus, and it doesn't have such a good relation between it's price and quality as the Apple iPhone 8 Plus. So if you want that extra features and specs, you can buy the Galaxy Z Flip, else you can save a couple dollars and buy the Apple iPhone 8 Plus, resigning some features and specifications.
