Comparison review
The Samsung Galaxy Z Flip has a global score of 88.5, which is a little bit better than the Asus ROG Phone 3 Strix Edition's global score of 87.4. Samsung Galaxy Z Flip is a noticeably lighter and a lot thinner device than Asus ROG Phone 3 Strix Edition, even when both were released only 5 months apart. Both devices in this review come with Android OS (operating system), but the Samsung Galaxy Z Flip has newer 12 version while Asus ROG Phone 3 Strix Edition has Android 10, so it gives some nice extra features and increased performance.
The Asus ROG Phone 3 Strix Edition has a bit better looking screen than Galaxy Z Flip, although it has a bit smaller display, a bit less pixels per display inch and a little lower resolution of 1080 x 2340 pixels. The Asus ROG Phone 3 Strix Edition counts with as much memory for apps and games as Samsung Galaxy Z Flip, both have exactly the same internal memory.
The Asus ROG Phone 3 Strix Edition counts with a little better hardware performance than Samsung Galaxy Z Flip. Both have a 8 GB RAM and the same number of cores. The Asus ROG Phone 3 Strix Edition shoots greater pictures and videos than Samsung Galaxy Z Flip, and although they both have the same aperture, the Asus ROG Phone 3 Strix Edition also has a camera with lot more MP, a much better video quality and a much bigger back camera sensor shooting way higher quality videos and photos.
Asus ROG Phone 3 Strix Edition has a superior battery performance than Galaxy Z Flip, because it has 6000mAh of battery capacity instead of 3300mAh.
