Galaxy Z Flip has an overall score of 88.5, which is slightly better than the Google Pixel 2 XL's global score of 82.5. The Galaxy Z Flip body is notably newer and a little bit thinner, but also a little heavier than the Google Pixel 2 XL. The Google Pixel 2 XL has a bit more vivid display than Galaxy Z Flip, because although it has a bit smaller screen, it also counts with a higher pixel density and a higher 1440 x 2880 pixels resolution.
The Galaxy Z Flip has just a bit better processing power than Google Pixel 2 XL, and although they both have 8 CPU cores, the Galaxy Z Flip also has a higher amount of RAM memory. The Galaxy Z Flip features a superior storage for applications and games than Google Pixel 2 XL, because it has 128 GB more internal memory.
The Galaxy Z Flip has just a bit better camera than Google Pixel 2 XL, because although it has a lesser mega-pixels resolution camera in the back and a worse video resolution, and they both have the same diafragm aperture, the Galaxy Z Flip also counts with a bigger sensor capturing more light and vivid colors.
The Google Pixel 2 XL features a bit longer battery duration than Samsung Galaxy Z Flip, because it has a 7 percent larger battery capacity.
Although Galaxy Z Flip is a better device, it costs a lot more money than Google Pixel 2 XL, and it doesn't have such a good quality/price relation as the Google Pixel 2 XL. So if you want that extra features and specs, you can buy Galaxy Z Flip, else you can save a couple dollars and buy the Google Pixel 2 XL, resigning some features and specs.
