Comparison review
The Galaxy Z Flip is better than the Huawei Mate 10, getting an 88.5 score against 78.9. Both of these phones use Android OS, but Galaxy Z Flip has 12 version and Huawei Mate 10 has Android 10 version. The Galaxy Z Flip is a noticeably newer cellphone, and it's also thinner and just a little bit lighter than the Huawei Mate 10.
The Samsung Galaxy Z Flip has a bit more powerful processor than Huawei Mate 10, and although they both have a Octa-Core processor, the Samsung Galaxy Z Flip also has a greater amount of RAM memory. Huawei Mate 10 features a better screen than Galaxy Z Flip, because although it has a little smaller screen, it also counts with a bit higher resolution of 1440 x 2560px and a quite greater screen pixels density.
The Samsung Galaxy Z Flip features a lot bigger memory capacity for apps and games than Huawei Mate 10, because although it has no slot for external memory cards, it also counts with more internal storage capacity. Huawei Mate 10 has longer battery performance than Galaxy Z Flip, because it has a 4000mAh battery size against 3300mAh.
The Galaxy Z Flip counts with just a bit better camera than Huawei Mate 10, because although it has a tinier aperture which is not nice for capturing pictures and/or video in low-light situations, and they both have a same resolution camera and the same 3840x2160 (4K) video resolution, the Galaxy Z Flip also counts with a larger sensor which gives a higher photo and video quality and faster video frame rate.
Although Samsung Galaxy Z Flip is a better device, it is a lot more expensive than Huawei Mate 10, and it doesn't have such a good quality/price relation as the Huawei Mate 10. If you want to save some money, you can get the Huawei Mate 10, and give up a couple features, but you'll get the most with your budget.
