Comparison review
Huawei Mate X is a bit better than Samsung Galaxy Z Flip, with an 89.4 score against 88.5. These devices use Android OS, but Huawei Mate X has 9.0 Pie version while Samsung Galaxy Z Flip has Android 12, giving lots of additional features and improved performance. Even being the best device in this review, Huawei Mate X's design is noticeably heavier and much thicker than Samsung Galaxy Z Flip.
The Samsung Galaxy Z Flip features a bit better CPU than Huawei Mate X. They have a 8 GB RAM and 8 cpu cores. Huawei Mate X features a screen that is very similar to Galaxy Z Flip's display, because although the Huawei Mate X has a just a bit lower amount of pixels per inch of screen, it also counts with a bigger display and a higher resolution of 2200 x 2480px.
Samsung Galaxy Z Flip shoots better videos and photos than Huawei Mate X, although it has a much smaller sensor taking much lower quality pictures and a way lower resolution back-facing camera, they both have the same aperture. The Huawei Mate X has a much greater memory capacity to store more games and applications than Samsung Galaxy Z Flip, because it has 512 GB internal storage.
The Huawei Mate X features longer battery lifetime than Samsung Galaxy Z Flip, because it has a 4500mAh battery capacity instead of 3300mAh.
Although Huawei Mate X is a better device, it costs a lot more than the Samsung Galaxy Z Flip, and it doesn't have such a good quality/price relation as Samsung Galaxy Z Flip. So if you want that extra features, you can buy the Huawei Mate X, otherwise you can save some money and get the Samsung Galaxy Z Flip, resigning a couple specs and features.
