Comparison review
The Samsung Galaxy Z Flip has an overall score of 88.5, which is slightly better than the Huawei P30's 81.7 general score. Both devices in this comparison include Android OS (operating system), but Samsung Galaxy Z Flip has a newer 12 version and Huawei P30 has Android 10, giving lots of additional features. Even though Samsung Galaxy Z Flip is just a bit heavier than the Huawei P30, it's just a bit thinner and newer.
The Galaxy Z Flip features just a bit better hardware performance than Huawei P30, and although they both have a Octa-Core CPU, the Galaxy Z Flip also has a larger amount of RAM. The Galaxy Z Flip counts with a bit better screen than Huawei P30, because it has a little bit higher resolution of 1080 x 2636 pixels, a little bit larger screen and a little higher pixels density.
The Huawei P30 has a better camera than Galaxy Z Flip, because although it has slower 30 fps video frame rate, and they both have the same 3840x2160 video resolution and a same size aperture, the Huawei P30 also counts with a lot higher 40 MP resolution back-facing camera and a way bigger sensor which provides a much higher image and video quality.
The Galaxy Z Flip counts with a much better memory for apps and games than Huawei P30, because it has 256 GB internal memory. The Huawei P30 features a bit superior battery duration than Galaxy Z Flip, because it has 3650mAh of battery capacity instead of 3300mAh.
Although Samsung Galaxy Z Flip is a better device, it costs a lot more money than Huawei P30, and it doesn't have such a good price and quality relation as Huawei P30. So if you need that extra features, you can buy Samsung Galaxy Z Flip, otherwise you can save some dollars and get the Huawei P30, giving up some features and specifications.
