Galaxy Z Flip is better than the Huawei P30 Lite, with a overall score of 88.5 against 77. Even though the Galaxy Z Flip is heavier than the Huawei P30 Lite, it's a little bit thinner and also newer. Both of these phones have Android OS, but the Galaxy Z Flip has an older 12 version and Huawei P30 Lite has Android 9.0 Pie.
