Comparison review
Galaxy Z Flip has a score of 88.5, which is just a bit better than LG G8X ThinQ's 82.7 global score. Although the Galaxy Z Flip and the LG G8X ThinQ were only released with a couple of months difference, the Galaxy Z Flip is thinner and a bit lighter. These phones work with Android operating system, but the Galaxy Z Flip has a newer 12 version and LG G8X ThinQ has Android 10 version, so it counts with some additional features and better performance.
Samsung Galaxy Z Flip features a bit better looking display than LG G8X ThinQ, because it has a little bit bigger display, a quite better amount of pixels per inch in the display and a slightly higher resolution of 1080 x 2636px. The LG G8X ThinQ features much more memory capacity to install applications and games or saving photos and videos than Galaxy Z Flip, because although it has less internal storage, it also counts with a slot for SD memory cards that supports up to 1,95 TB.
The Galaxy Z Flip features a little faster processor than LG G8X ThinQ, and although they both have the same number of cores, the Galaxy Z Flip also has 2 GB more RAM. LG G8X ThinQ counts with better battery performance than Galaxy Z Flip, because it has 4000mAh of battery capacity. The Galaxy Z Flip counts with a bit better camera than LG G8X ThinQ. They have a F1.8 aperture, the same video frame rate, the same (4K) video resolution, a camera in the back with a 12 mega pixels resolution and a 0.39 inches sensor.
Although Samsung Galaxy Z Flip is a better device, it costs a lot more than the LG G8X ThinQ, and it doesn't have such a good quality/price relation as the LG G8X ThinQ. So if you want that extra specs, you can buy the Samsung Galaxy Z Flip, but if you don't you can save some money and buy the LG G8X ThinQ, resigning a couple specs and features.
