The Galaxy Z Flip design is notably newer, a bit lighter and incredibly thinner than Galaxy S7 Active. Samsung Galaxy Z Flip features a bit faster processor than Samsung Galaxy S7 Active, because it has 4 more cores and 4 GB more RAM.
