Galaxy Z Flip is better than the Xiaomi Mi 8 Lite, getting a score of 88.5 against 77.7. These phones have Android OS (operating system), but the Galaxy Z Flip has the previous 12 version and Xiaomi Mi 8 Lite has Android 8.1 Oreo version. Galaxy Z Flip is a a bit thinner but a bit heavier cellphone than Xiaomi Mi 8 Lite.
