Galaxy Z Flip is better than Xiaomi Redmi Note 5 Pro, having a general score of 88.5 against 75.8. Even though Galaxy Z Flip is just a bit heavier than the Xiaomi Redmi Note 5 Pro, it's thinner and also newer. These phones work with Android OS (operating system), but Galaxy Z Flip has an older 12 version and Xiaomi Redmi Note 5 Pro has Android 8.0 Oreo version.
