Comparison review
The Galaxy Z Flip has a general score of 88.5, which is much better than Xiaomi Redmi Note 9's overall score of 76.6. These phones include Android OS, but Galaxy Z Flip has a newer 12 version and Xiaomi Redmi Note 9 has Android 10 version, so it provides you a lot of extra features and increased performance. Galaxy Z Flip's body is thinner and a little bit lighter than Xiaomi Redmi Note 9, even though both of them were released only a couple of months apart.
The Samsung Galaxy Z Flip features a bit faster processor than Xiaomi Redmi Note 9, and although they both have a Octa-Core processing unit, the Samsung Galaxy Z Flip also has a higher amount of RAM. Galaxy Z Flip has a bit more vivid display than Xiaomi Redmi Note 9, because it has a little bit larger screen, a bit higher resolution of 1080 x 2636px and a quite better pixel number per inch in the screen.
Galaxy Z Flip has a way bigger storage to install applications and games than Xiaomi Redmi Note 9, because although it has no SD card slot, it also counts with more internal memory. The Xiaomi Redmi Note 9 has a bit better camera than Galaxy Z Flip, because although it has slower video frame rate, and they both have a F1.8 aperture and the same (Full HD) video quality, the Xiaomi Redmi Note 9 also counts with a much larger back-facing camera sensor providing a much higher image quality and a back camera with way more megapixels.
The Xiaomi Redmi Note 9 counts with a very superior battery performance than Galaxy Z Flip, because it has a 52 percent more battery capacity.
Although Galaxy Z Flip is a better device, it costs a lot more money than Xiaomi Redmi Note 9, and it doesn't have such a good price and quality relation as Xiaomi Redmi Note 9. If you prefer to save some money, you can get the Xiaomi Redmi Note 9, and give up a couple features, but you will get the most with your budget.
