Galaxy Z Flip has a score of 88.5, which is better than Xiaomi Redmi Note 9S's 79 overall score. Galaxy Z Flip's construction is somewhat lighter and somewhat thinner than Xiaomi Redmi Note 9S, although they were only released 2 months apart. Both of these phones use Android operating system, but Galaxy Z Flip has the newer 12 version and Xiaomi Redmi Note 9S has Android 11 version, so it gives you a couple nice extra features.
Samsung Galaxy Z Flip features a bit sharper screen than Xiaomi Redmi Note 9S, and although they both have a display of the same size, the Samsung Galaxy Z Flip also has a quite better pixel number in each inch in the display and a quite better resolution of 1080 x 2636px. The Galaxy Z Flip features a bit faster processing unit than Xiaomi Redmi Note 9S, and although they both have 8 CPU cores, the Galaxy Z Flip also has more RAM memory.
The Galaxy Z Flip has a greater memory for applications, games, photos and videos than Xiaomi Redmi Note 9S, because although it has no external memory slot, it also counts with 256 GB internal memory. Xiaomi Redmi Note 9S captures better pictures and videos than Samsung Galaxy Z Flip, because although it has worse 30 frames per second video frame rates, and they both have a F1.8 aperture and the same video definition, the Xiaomi Redmi Note 9S also counts with a much larger sensor capturing more light and vivid colors and a back-facing camera with a way higher resolution.
Xiaomi Redmi Note 9S features a much better battery life than Samsung Galaxy Z Flip, because it has a 5020mAh battery capacity.
Although Samsung Galaxy Z Flip is a better device, it costs a lot more money than Xiaomi Redmi Note 9S, and it doesn't have such a good price and quality relation as the Xiaomi Redmi Note 9S. If you are trying to save some dollars, you can get Xiaomi Redmi Note 9S, letting go a few features and specs, but you'll get the most out of your savings.
