Comparison review
Samsung Galaxy Z Fold 2 has an overall score of 94.6, which is better than Google Pixel 4a's 82.9 score. Both phones we are comparing come with the same Android 11 OS (Operating System), so both should provide the user identical operating system features. Samsung Galaxy Z Fold 2's body is somewhat thinner but a lot heavier than the Google Pixel 4a, and they were released only a few months apart.
Google Pixel 4a counts with just a bit better display than Samsung Galaxy Z Fold 2, because although it has a way worse resolution of 1080 x 2340px and a much smaller display, it also counts with a little better amount of pixels in each display inch. The Galaxy Z Fold 2 counts with much more memory to install games and applications than Google Pixel 4a, because it has 256 GB internal memory.
The Galaxy Z Fold 2 has a bit superior CPU than Google Pixel 4a, and although they both have 8 processing cores, the Galaxy Z Fold 2 also has a higher amount of RAM memory. Galaxy Z Fold 2 has a bit better camera than Google Pixel 4a, because although it has a lesser mega-pixels back facing camera, a tinier camera aperture which is not recommended for capturing photos or videos in poorly lited environments and a lower video resolution, it also counts with a way bigger back-facing camera sensor.
The Galaxy Z Fold 2 counts with a superior battery life than Google Pixel 4a, because it has a 43% larger battery capacity.
Although Samsung Galaxy Z Fold 2 is a better device, it costs a lot more money than Google Pixel 4a, and it doesn't have such a good quality/price relation as the Google Pixel 4a. So if you need that extra specs and features, you can buy Samsung Galaxy Z Fold 2, else you can save some dollars and get the Google Pixel 4a, resigning some specifications.
