Comparison review
The Galaxy Z Fold 2 has an overall score of 94.6, which is just a bit better than Google Pixel 5's score of 89. Even though the Galaxy Z Fold 2 and Google Pixel 5 were only released with a couple months difference, Galaxy Z Fold 2's body is extremely heavier but also somewhat thinner than Google Pixel 5.
The Galaxy Z Fold 2 has a little bit better processing power than Google Pixel 5, and although they both have 8 processing cores, the Galaxy Z Fold 2 also has a higher amount of RAM memory. The Google Pixel 5 features a bit sharper screen than Samsung Galaxy Z Fold 2, because although it has a lot worse 1080 x 2340 resolution and a really smaller display, it also counts with a little better pixels amount in each inch of screen.
Galaxy Z Fold 2 counts with a bit better camera than Google Pixel 5, because although it has a tinier camera aperture which is not so good for shooting photographs in low light situations, a worse 3840x2160 video resolution and a back facing camera with lesser mega-pixels, it also counts with a lot larger back-facing camera sensor which offers a way better photo and video quality.
Samsung Galaxy Z Fold 2 counts with a very superior memory capacity for games and applications than Google Pixel 5, because it has 256 GB internal memory. The Galaxy Z Fold 2 features a bit superior battery life than Google Pixel 5, because it has a 4500mAh battery capacity instead of 4080mAh.
Although Galaxy Z Fold 2 is a better device, it is way more expensive than Google Pixel 5, and it doesn't have such a good price and quality relation as the Google Pixel 5. So if you need that extra features and specs, you can buy Galaxy Z Fold 2, otherwise you can save some money and get the Google Pixel 5, giving up some specifications.
