Comparison review
Galaxy Z Fold 2 has a general score of 94.6, which is much better than the Huawei P40 Lite's overall score of 79.5. Even though the Galaxy Z Fold 2 and Huawei P40 Lite were released with only a couple months difference, the Galaxy Z Fold 2 design is much heavier but also a lot thinner. Both devices in this comparison come with Android operating system, but Galaxy Z Fold 2 has 11 version and Huawei P40 Lite has Android 10, providing lots of additional features.
Samsung Galaxy Z Fold 2 counts with a little better processing power than Huawei P40 Lite, and although they both have a Octa-Core processor, the Samsung Galaxy Z Fold 2 also has more RAM memory. Galaxy Z Fold 2 and Huawei P40 Lite both count with incredibly similar displays, because although the Huawei P40 Lite has a way worse 1080 x 2310 pixels resolution and a quite smaller display, it also counts with a just a little greater display pixels density.
The Huawei P40 Lite shoots a little bit better pictures and videos than Galaxy Z Fold 2, because although it has a tinier sensor shooting worse quality videos and pictures and slower video frame rates, and they both have the same video resolution and a F1.8 camera aperture, the Huawei P40 Lite also counts with a lot more MP back-facing camera.
Samsung Galaxy Z Fold 2 counts with a very superior memory to install games and applications than Huawei P40 Lite, because it has 256 GB internal storage. The Galaxy Z Fold 2 features just a little better battery duration than Huawei P40 Lite, because it has a 4500mAh battery capacity against 4200mAh.
Although Galaxy Z Fold 2 is a better device, it costs a lot more money than Huawei P40 Lite, and it doesn't have such a good quality/price relation as the Huawei P40 Lite. So if you want that extra features and specs, you can buy the Galaxy Z Fold 2, else you can save some money and buy the Huawei P40 Lite, giving up some features and specs.
