Comparison review
Samsung Galaxy Z Fold 2 has a general score of 94.6, which is a lot better than Motorola Edge 40's 77.2 global score. Even though the Samsung Galaxy Z Fold 2 is older and incredibly heavier than the Motorola Edge 40, it's construction is still a little thinner. Both of these phones include Android operating system, but Samsung Galaxy Z Fold 2 has the previous 11 version and Motorola Edge 40 has Android 13 version.
The Motorola Edge 40 counts with just a bit better looking screen than Galaxy Z Fold 2, because although it has a bit worse resolution of 1080 x 2400px and a quite smaller screen, it also counts with a quite better pixel quantity in each screen inch. Galaxy Z Fold 2 features much more storage capacity for apps and games than Motorola Edge 40, because it has more internal storage capacity.
Galaxy Z Fold 2 counts with a much more powerful processor than Motorola Edge 40, and although they both have a Octa-Core processor, the Galaxy Z Fold 2 also has more RAM. Galaxy Z Fold 2 features just a bit better battery performance than Motorola Edge 40, because it has 4500mAh of battery capacity instead of 4400mAh.
The Motorola Edge 40 has a much better camera than Samsung Galaxy Z Fold 2, because although it has worse 30 fps video frame rate, and they both have the same 3840x2160 video resolution, the Motorola Edge 40 also counts with a lot bigger aperture for better low light photography and video, a much higher resolution back facing camera and a larger sensor taking more light and vivid colors.
