Comparison review
Galaxy Z Fold 2 is way better than Moto Z3 Play, with a 94.6 score against 76.3. Galaxy Z Fold 2's design has the same thickness than Moto Z3 Play, but it is noticeably heavier. Galaxy Z Fold 2 counts with a superior processing power than Moto Z3 Play, and although they both have 8 cores, the Galaxy Z Fold 2 also has a larger amount of RAM.
The Samsung Galaxy Z Fold 2 has a bit sharper screen than Motorola Moto Z3 Play, because although it has a just a bit worse display density, it also counts with a higher resolution of 1768 x 2208px and a bigger display. Moto Z3 Play counts with a better memory to store more apps and games than Samsung Galaxy Z Fold 2, because although it has less internal storage, it also counts with an external memory card slot that supports up to 1,95 TB.
Galaxy Z Fold 2 features a superior battery duration than Motorola Moto Z3 Play, because it has a 4500mAh battery size against 3000mAh. Galaxy Z Fold 2 has a little bit better camera than Motorola Moto Z3 Play, because although it has a tinier aperture which is worse for taking photos or video in low light situations, and they both have the same resolution camera in the back and the same 3840x2160 video resolution, the Galaxy Z Fold 2 also counts with better video frame rates and a much bigger sensor which provides a way higher image and video quality.
Although Galaxy Z Fold 2 is a better device, it is way more expensive than the Motorola Moto Z3 Play, and it doesn't have such a good relation between it's price and quality as the Motorola Moto Z3 Play. So if you want that extra specs, you can buy the Galaxy Z Fold 2, else you can save some dollars and buy the Motorola Moto Z3 Play, giving up a couple specs and features.
